I am so excited to have my pal (and one-half of the Astrotwins), Ophira Edut, back on the show to talk about horoscopes for 2024.
Ophira explains the big themes for next year and also breaks down what each sign can expect to see in the first and second half of the year. (Mine is pretty accurate 👀)
Tune in to see what might be coming up for you, and let me know if any of it resonates in the comments!

How do you feel about change?
Do you resist it?
Are you afraid of it?
Or are you someone who sees new possibilities in change?
If your relationship with change is not where you want it to be, this episode is for you. I cover the highs and lows of change, our natural and often ingrained fear of change, and how we can relate to change in a healthy way because it will happen whether we resist or not.

I am thrilled to have my pal, actress and author Josie Bissett, on the show today! Josie and I recently reconnected and in this girlfriend jam, we reminisce about our days in and around Hollywood and Josie's time on Melrose Place. We also chat about what Josie has been up to- her children's books, getting back into acting, and working on better boundaries.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
P.S. Josie is offering personalized, signed copies of her award-winning children’s book, the 'Tickle Monster Laughter Kit.' This could be a perfect gift for your little ones or a cherished addition to your family’s bookshelf.

I am thrilled to be joined today by none other than the Supernanny herself, parenting expert Jo Frost.
We covered so much in this episode, from Jo's thoughts on kids having phones and being on social media, to the importance of raising awareness of anaphylaxis, and the biggest struggles families are facing right now.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

Are there particular people at family, work, or friend gatherings you would rather avoid?
Is it painful to interact with them because they ask intrusive questions or love to complain?
Or do you simply find social gatherings tricky to navigate?
Whether you are attending family gatherings, friend celebrations, or holiday work parties, in this episode I am giving you a few ways to get out of seemingly impossible social situations.
If you feel stuck between not wanting to answer a deeply personal question and not wanting to seem ‘rude,’ I have scripts for you. And if you are tired of people who tell inappropriate jokes or make rude comments, I have you covered there, too.
Ultimately, this is about your right to be selective about whom you share information with and focus on how you want to feel in these situations.

**Trigger Warning**
This episode contains a story about gun violence and narcissistic abuse. If this is distressing for you, please skip it!
Katre has a phenomenal story of escaping a toxic, narcissistic abusive relationship that highlights the resiliency of the human spirit. She shares how she escaped, what brought her to the moment of needing to get out, and how she healed afterward.
Those of you who have experienced narcissistic abuse may see yourself in Katre's journey. She shares it to help others feel less alone because when you go through something like this, as Katre shared, people in your life may not understand the extent of the abuse. Many of her friends waved off her ex's behavior as emotionally immature.
But Katre was able to leave this relationship in 2018 and has worked on healing in the years since, even becoming a mentor and coach to others. If you can relate to her story, consider joining her Facebook community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1917430661795072/

Do you have limiting beliefs, ideas, or thoughts about your capabilities and worthiness?
Does it feel safer to long for something than to have it?
Many of you have written to me wanting to understand, on a deeper level, what stops you from taking action toward the things you say you want.
If any of this rings true for you, read on because I am talking about why many of us find wanting more comfortable than having, and how we can get unstuck and take actions aligned with our desires.
